We use our dedicated EV & hybrid assessment forms to collect key details about the fault — when it happens, under what conditions, and any dashboard warnings or symptoms. This gives our technicians the complete picture before work begins, so we can diagnose faster and more accurately.
Step 2:
Assessment Time Proposal
Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll let you know how much initial assessment time is needed to investigate the issue properly. This ensures you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
Step 3:
Customer Approval & Booking
Once you’re happy with the proposed assessment time, we’ll book your vehicle in for the assessment. Nothing goes ahead until you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the plan.
Step 4:
The Assessment Begins
We carry out the diagnostic work and report our findings.
You’ll never be charged for more time than you approved. We do not fit parts or carry out repairs without your authorisation.

Next Steps
Every assessment is different. Once we’ve investigated, we’ll advise you on the best route forward — whether it’s a fix, further diagnosis, or something else entirely. You’ll have all the information you need to make the right decision for your vehicle.
