Are you ready to bring your expertise to a thriving and energetic team? Here at Shaikly Motor Company Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our crew. You’ll be working across our two sites (as and when required) and will be stepping into a fast-paced role with plenty of excitement and variety, where no two days are the same. With the support of three well-established Service Advisors, your integration will be seamless, and we can promise that you’ll have the best guidance right from the start.

At Shaikly Motor Company Ltd, we’re on the lookout for motivated and hands-on Apprentice Technicians to join our growing team. This is your chance to learn the trade the right way — from experienced technicians who take pride in what they do, in a garage that’s known for doing things properly.

With two busy branches in Colchester and a team of over 30, you’ll be surrounded by knowledge, support, and a real variety of work.

You’ll work alongside senior technicians, be mentored as you train, and have access to continuous development and industry-recognised qualifications. We’ll challenge you, support you, and celebrate your wins along the way.

We’ve been an independent, family-run business since 1977 — and we’ve always believed in growing our own. Many of our senior staff started out as apprentices, and we’re proud to keep that tradition going.
